Yes, both members and non-members can register. Please refer to the pricing grid for non-member rates.

Yes, to receive the RIA member rate, you must be a member in good standing. Please contact membership@riacanada.ca to renew your membership prior to registering for the 2024 Conference.

Group registration rates are available for parties of four or more. For additional information, please contact events@riacanada.ca.

*Group discounts are available for Regular and Last Call rates only.

Onsite registration is not available. We strongly recommend that you register as early as possible due to limited capacity.

No, Conference registration is only available for the complete event.

Conference registration cancellations must be received in writing via email at events@riacanada.ca no later than May 17, 2024. Cancellations received before or on this date will be eligible for a refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after May 17, 2024 are non-refundable.

Delegate substitution is permitted up to May 17, 2024.  Please email events@riacanada.ca with the replacement contact information. After May 17, 2024, a $50 administrative fee will apply to all substitutions.

No, Conference passes may not be shared by multiple individuals.

Yes, you can be reimbursed for your original ticket purchase based on the fee paid at the time of registration. Your request must be received in writing via email at events@riacanada.ca no later than May 17, 2024.

No, the Conference will not be live streamed to a virtual audience.

No, seating is not assigned for plenary and other sessions.

Yes, the RIA offers discounted rates for Air Canada, WestJet and VIA Rail.

Details will be provided upon registration.

Instructions on how to download the RIA Conference App will be provided to all attendees prior to the event via the email address used at registration. Assistance will be available on-site at the registration desk.

Photographs will be taken at this event, and photographs may be published in various media, including print and online, without further notice.

The RIA Conference welcomes attendees from retail and institutional investment markets, including financial advisors, foundations, endowments, pension funds, asset managers, fund companies, consultants, service providers, academics and more, from across Canada and abroad.

Only registered Conference delegates are invited to attend the Pre-Conference Welcome Reception.

The RIA does not publish delegate lists. We encourage conference attendees to engage with each other on site and via the RIA Conference App.

Instructions on how to download the RIA Conference App will be sent to registered attendees prior to the event. App support will also be available onsite.

Yes, attendance will count toward the maintenance of RIA credentials (RIS, RIAC, RIPC). The RIA will also be applying for CE units from major accreditors. Please email education@riacanada.ca for additional information.
