Yes, all Conference Delegates are invited to the Industry Reception on the evening of Day 1 (September 15th), whether registered for Day 1, 2, 3 or any combination. Delegates attending Days 2 and 3 only may pick up their badges at the Day 1 Reception.

Conference registration cancellations must be received in writing via email at events@riacanada.ca no later than September 2, 2026. Cancellations received before or on this date will be eligible for a refund minus a $50 administrative fee and Eventbrite fees. Cancellations received after September 2, 2026 are non-refundable.
Delegate substitution is permitted up to September 2, 2026. Please email events@riacanada.ca with the replacement contact information. A $50 administrative fee will apply to all substitutions. If there is a change in ticket category, the corresponding price adjustment will be applied.

The RIA does not publish delegate lists. However, we encourage conference attendees to engage with each other on site and via the RIA Conference App.

Yes, attendance across all sessions will count toward the maintenance of RIA-issued credentials (RIS, RIAC, RIPC).
The RIA will also be applying for CE units from select major accreditors for sessions running on Day 1 of the Conference (September 15th) with focused programming for Retail Advisors.
